Bolondi High Pressure Filter
Protect Your Bolondi Cleaning Head
Effective filtration plays a pivotal role in averting premature deterioration of the cleaning head and reducing operational downtime.
During the heating and cooling cycles of the hot water coil in bin cleaning systems, minute metallic particles known as slag are generated.
It is crucial to intercept these particles before they enter the cleaning head, as they can block the diffuser, stop the turbine, and prevent the cleaning head from rotating.
For the seamless operation of the cleaning head, it is also important to expel the water that has remained stagnant in the coil overnight before deploying the cleaning heads. To start this process, begin by disconnecting the high-pressure hose from the detail gun. Then, start your pressure washer and flush out the system through the open hose until the water runs clear, Then reattach the shut-off gun. The coil should be cooled down using the same procedure at the end of the day.
Following this daily practice will significantly reduce the amount of debris coming from your hot water coil.
The Bolondi high-pressure filter is designed for daily inspection and maintenance. It is constructed entirely of stainless steel, except for the Teflon O-ring, making it resistant to corrosion from waterborne materials. The large capacity screen area and heavy-duty screen support are designed to prevent screen collapse, ensuring maximum performance up to 5000 PSI.
